What about more complex forms?
The current version does not execute repeats, conditional skips, calculations or advanced constraints. Media, geopoints and dates are also unsupported. Unsupported types are skipped on import, so review the preview carefully.
ODK, KoboToolbox and SurveyCTO are mentioned as tools in the XLSForm ecosystem. Form-Talk does not imply affiliation or synchronization with their servers.

Do I have to rebuild my form?
You can start with your XLSForm .xlsx file. If it uses unsupported logic or question types, you will need to adapt it to the supported subset.
Do respondents need another app?
They need a Telegram account and access to your bot. They answer inside Telegram, without installing a dedicated survey app.
Where can I see the answers?
In the Form-Talk administration dashboard. You can browse submissions and export completed responses as a CSV file.
Is this an AI chatbot?
The conversation follows the questions and choices defined in your form. An AI model is not needed to guide the survey.
Does it work with WhatsApp too?
Telegram is the currently implemented channel. WhatsApp is not available in this version.
